Abstract：Yi Zong Jin Jian·Fu Ke Xin Fa Yao Jue plays an important role in the theoretical and practical development of the diagnosis and treatment of leukorrheal disease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)gynecology,and its treatments for leukorrheal diseases are mainly listed under the Leukorrheal diseases section.It possesses unique and distinctive academic characteristics,including an understanding of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and the methods of treatment and prescription for leukorrheal diseases.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the staged treatment of leukorrheal diseases in Yi Zong Jin Jian·Fu Ke Xin Fa Yao Jue.In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,it is believed that leukorrheal diseases are associated with the core pathogenesis of invasion of pathogenic Qi,internal injuries,and transforming into dampness with the five organs'visceral Qi.In the early stage,the main focus is on an invasion of the six excesses and a deficiency of the thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel.In the middle stage,the main focus is on transforming into dampness with the five organs'visceral Qi.In the late stage,the main focus is on the deficiency of lower energizer and the coldness of the uterus,and essence leakage.In terms of the syndrome differentiation and method of treatment,it treats leukorrheal diseases at different stages according to the syndrome.The treatment is based on nourishing,discharging,dryness,hardening,coldness,and warmth.In the early stage of the uterus is invaded by pathogenic Qi to dispel pathogenic Qi.In the middle stage of transforming into dampness to moisten and nourish for deficiency syndrome and purge excess for excess syndrome,and the late stage of the band of leukorrheal diseases in the long-term to tonify the kidneys and fix strangulation.
