Pathogenesis Differentiation and Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules Based on the Theory of Qi Movement Ascending and Descending

Abstract：Based on the Qi ascending and descending theory,it is believed that"abnormal Qi ascending and descending"is a key factor in the metaplasia of pulmonary nodules.The imbalance of liver ascending and lung descending leads to the formation of pulmonary nodule metaplasia.The spleen ascending the stomach and descending the loss of the stomach serve as the hub,generating the source of pulmonary nodule metaplasia.The gap between heart and kidney promotes the symptoms of pulmonary nodule formation.And based on this theory,the method of regulating Qi is proposed.According to the different imbalances of Qi mechanism,treatment principles such as promoting the speed of liver and lung,promoting the rotation of spleen and stomach,as well as achieving both water and fire are applied respectively,providing new ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment of pulmonary nodules.
