Abstract：This article summarizes the clinical experience of Lin Changsong in the treatment of scleroderma.In his opinion,the basic pathogenesis of scleroderma are the deficiency of Zheng Qi,and Yang deficiency is common.The evil of wind,cold and dampness will invade the skin and blood to form blood stasis,phlegm and water retention.Blood stasis is always present.This disease mainly affects the spleen and kidneys,and the lungs are damaged by prolonged illness.The invasion of external evil will cause disharmony between Ying and Wei,blood stasis and lack of nutrition for skin.As a result,patients may developed symptoms of thickening and hardening of the skin,numbness,subcutaneous nodules,Raynaud's phenomenon and other symptoms.The treatment is based on warming Yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplemented by benefiting Qi and blood.He created his own Raynaud formula to treat the disease.In the treatment of the disease,it is necessary to add and subtract drugs according to the syndrome and treat flexibly.
