Abstract：At present,tubal obstruction has become an important cause of infertility in women of childbearing age,and its incidence rate has been increasing year by year,becoming a difficult problem that urgently needs to be solved in the field of reproductive medicine.Professor Chen Ruixue believes that"weakness of Qi and blood"and"blood stasis"are the main causes of this disease.The pathogenesis of tubal obstructive infertility is weakness of Qi and blood and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis.In traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the principle of"tonifying in case of deficiency and dredging in case of blood stasis"is followed to nourish Qi and blood and promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.At the same time,the methods of"dredging"and"tonifying"are applied in three stages of regulating menstruation,promoting conception,and protecting the fetus,to promote the growth and ovulation of follicles and improve the endometrial receptivity,helping infertile patients achieve good pregnancy outcomes.The combined method of tonifying and dredging plays a good guiding role in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of tubal obstructive infertility.
