Abstract:The theory of"Three Paths and Two Paths"is the core of Zhuang medical theory, primarily referring to the"Grain""Water"and"Qi"paths,as well as the"Long"and"Fire"routes.Blockage or dysregulation of the"Three Paths"disrupts the synchronization of the"Three Qi,"leading to dysfunction in the lung-kidney and spleen-stomach Qi movement, resulting in impaired digestion and the onset of functional dyspepsia.Based on the theory of"Three Paths and Two paths",this paper explores the diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia, utilizing Zhuang medical external therapies to regulate the"Three Paths and Two Paths".This approach nourishes the body, harmonizes organ communication, restores internal and external balance, and regulates spleen-stomach Qi movement, thereby normalizing organ function and synchronizing the"Three Qi"of heaven, earth, and humans.Consequently, symptoms of spleen-stomach discomfort are alleviated, achieving the therapeutic goal of functional dyspepsia.
