Clinical Experience of Xu Guangli in Treating Endometriosis Based on Turbid Toxicity Theory

Abstract：This article summarizes Professor Xu Guangli's clinical experience in treating endometriosis based on the turbid-toxicity theory.He proposes that the accumulation of turbid toxicity is the pivotal pathogenesis in endometriosis progression.The paper elucidates the disease through three progressive stages-turbid Qi,turbid pathogen,and turbid toxin-emphasizing a therapeutic strategy of clearing turbid Qi,dispelling turbid pathogens,and resolving turbid toxins.By tailoring treatments to the specific pathogenesis stage,this approach enables more precise syndrome differentiation and treatment,offering a novel perspective for clinical management of endometriosis.
