Exploration of the Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Gastric Cancer Patients with Cardiovascular Disease from the Perspective of Heart and Earth Fire Theory

Abstract:This article reviews the origins and connotations of the"heart and earth fire theory"that flourished during the Han dynasty.Based on this,and in combination with the characteristics of modern gastric cancer patients who are prone to cardiovascular diseases after surgery,it is believed that the imbalance of the functions of blood,Yang,and spirit is an important etiology and pathogenesis affecting the prognosis after gastric cancer surgery.The article discusses the significance and methods of treating the earth-fire syndrome after gastric cancer surgery from the perspective of the relationship between the heart and spleen,providing new insights into the understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of this disease.
