Abstract：Gout is one of the common diseases in rheumatology,and the general treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to strengthen the spleen,dispel dampness and dispel turbidity.Professor Zhang Qin found that on the basis of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness and turbidity,the addition of"wind drugs"for different types of gout patients can significantly enhance therapeutic efficacy.Among them,in the acute stage of gout,Lianqiao can be added to clear heat and detoxify,Qinjiao to relieve pain,etc.And in the remission period of gout,Baizhi can be added to open the body and dissolve turbidity,Cangzhu to dry and damp and strengthen the spleen,Chaihu to soothe the liver and regulate Qi,etc.And in the period of hyperuricemia,Qianghuo and Fangfeng increase the power of drying,dampness and turbidity.Therefore,adding wind drugs to the treatment of gout can help to clear and reduce turbidity,strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,dissolve phlegm and eliminate stasis,and enhance therapeutic efficacy.
