Exploration of the Relationship Between Medication Inheritance in Wen Bing Tiao Bian and Shang Han Lun Based on Data Mining Techniques

Abstract：Objective Through the prescription used in Shang Han Lun and Wen Bing Tiao Bian,the inheritance relationship between the two drugs was analyzed.Methods The formula database was established.Excel 2021,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Lantern 5.0 were used to analyze the frequency,association rules and hidden structure of drugs,and compare the relationship and difference of drug use rules between Wen Bing Tiao Bian and Shang Han Lun.Results A total of 310 prescriptions were included (110 in Shang Han Lun,200 in Wen Bing Tiao Bian),involving a total of 255 drugs (77 in Shang Han Lun,251 in Wen Bing Tiao Bian),with a total cumulative frequency of 1,861.Except for licorice,ginger,and jujube in the drugs with frequency ≥30 times were commonly used,cassia twig and paeony were successively used in Shang Han Lun.Ginseng,poria cocos,paeony,ophiopogonis ophiopogonis,pinellia pinellia and rehmanniae were successively included in Wen Bing Tiao Bian.Combined drug analysis was followed by paeony,cassia twig,ginseng,pinellia pinellia,poria cocos,dried ginger,scutellaria scutellaria,aconitum aconitum,radix ophiopogonicus,magnolia officinalis,bitter almond,rhubarb and rehmannia rehmanniae.The analysis of association rules showed that there were 41 and 25 effective association rules in Shang Han Lun and Wen Bing Tiao Bian,and 131 effective association rules in combined analysis.According to the analysis of Latent structure,the hidden variables of Shang Han Lun and Wen Bing Tiao Bian are respectively 4 and 10.According to the combined analysis,the hidden variables are 12.The hidden categories are all 2.Combined with the inference of professional knowledge.There were 4 and 6 core prescriptions in Shang Han Lun and Wen Bing Tiao Bian respectively,and 8 core prescriptions were obtained by joint analysis.Through drug analysis and comparison,the inheritance and development of drug use rules of Wen Bing Tiao Bian and Shang Han Lun were discussed.Conclusion Wen Bing Tiao Bian has inherited the drug use characteristics of Shang Han Lun in a comprehensive way,and pays special attention to the use of tonic drugs,and develops the application of chemodampness drugs.
