Abstract：By summarizing the medical records of pulse diagnosis included in the Xu Pi Ye Tian Shi Wan Nian Fang An Zhen Ben,combined with the interpretation of the pathogenesis and analysis of pulse diagnosis information in the medical records,Ye Tianshi's pulse diagnosis ideas in his later years are preliminarily summarized into three aspects:taking Yin and Yang as the principle of pulse,dividing the pulse into left and right sides and three parts to observe the rise and fall of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,as well as the positioning of the upper and lower organs,emphasizing the overall concept of mutual reference between body,color and pulse,as well as the correspondence between pulse and heaven. It will be helpful for inheriting the pulse diagnosis ideas of famous doctors and improving the theory and clinical level of pulse diagnosis.
