Meta Analysis of The Effects of The Tongxinluo Capsule for Hemorheology Among Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective: To evaluate effects of Tongxinluo capsule for hemorheology among patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Searches were performed for randomized controlled trials among electronic databases (Pub Med, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang) before to Jun 2017. Meta-analysis was conducted on randomized controlled trial to evaluate the clinical effects. Results: 10 clinical controlled studies were included. The total number of patients was 981 patients, including 519 patients with Tongxinluo capsule treatment and 462 with regular treatment. Compared with regular group, the total effective rate of Tongxinluo capsule group was obviously higher high shear rate whole blood viscosity, low shear rate whole blood viscosity (LSWBV), blood Plasma viscosity (BPV) and fibrinogen. Conclusion: Compared with regular medicine, Tongxinluo capsule have greater clinical effect to improve hemorheology among CHD patients.
