Effect of Qiang Jing Tablet On Sperm Flagellum Structural Protein In Asthenospermia Rats

Abstract：Objective: This study is conducted to investigate Qiangjing Tablet on expression of structural protein of sperm flagellum of rats with asthenospermia. Methods: 100 male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, high dose group, middle dose group, and low dose group. The model group are fed with ornidazole. The expression of TCTE3, MDHC7 in testicular tissue are measured by western blot and density of TUBB in serum is measured by ELISA.Results: Compared with the blank group, the percentage of grade a, b, c sperm obviously decreased in model group.Compared with model group, the percentage of grade a、b、c sperm in high, middle and low dose group obviously rise with the increase of dose. This increase is statistically significant. Compared with model group, the expression of MDHC7 and TUBB in high dose group is statistically significant. The expression of MDHC7, TCTE3 and serum TUBB gradually rise with the increase of the dose of Qiangjing Tablet but this rise is not statistically significant. Conclusion: Qiangjing Tablet increases the expression of TUBB、DMHC7 of structural protein of sperm flagellum to increase sperm motility.
