Western medicine mainly use hormone replacement therapy to treat the disease at present. Traditional Chinese medicine does not have the name of "premature ovarian failure". According to clinical symptoms, the disease can be classified as "menstrual quantity less""late menstruation""amenorrhea""infertility""after the disease before and after the disease"and so on. And from"women use blood"to understand the disease, all the factors affecting the generation and excretion of menstrual blood can be the cause of the disease, which often divided into deficiency syndrome and non-deficiency syndrome. Professor XU run san has been studying gynecology of TCM for decades, and have getting a great deal of experience, He believes that the root for generating premature ovarian failure is kidney deficiency, and closely related to the liver and spleen. The treatment is mainly to invigorate the kidney, tonification and purgation in combination, regulate Zang and Fu, stage treatment, satisfactory results have been achieved in clinical practice.
