Abstract：This paper analyzes the value and significance of individual thought in contemporary medical system, especially in the preventive treatment of diseases of the major significance of the research, namely the individual thought of great significance in precise medical and special health and disease prevention; individual disease is an important guiding ideology of health promotion, individual phenomenon of health promotion more obvious, therefore, from the individual with the disease more accurate; with the constitution as the starting point of individual thought of preventive treatment of disease or can be more effective, constitution classification is helpful to grasp the similar individual similar physical and physiological state, the individual disease is more simple; individualization and standardization is not harmonic, completely opposite, it is the relation of unity of complementation, and must be unified.
