Abstract：The reproductive diseases are mainly controlled by the kidney, kidney essence is the main material basis of reproductive, the origin of reproduction. According to the ancient and modern Chinese medicine literature, the connotation of "kidney main reproductive ", kidney essence and reproduction, kidney essence and Tian Gui are expounded. The correlation between reproductive and five internal organs is described by "Syndrome differentiation system of traditional Chinese Medicine". The production and storation of essence and blood is more organs, many links, the process of dynamic regulation. "The deficiency of five internal organs will involve kidney deficiency, "although reproductive is revealed by kidney, it is still chosely related to other internal organs.
