Study on Mechanism of Delayed Renal Fibrosis by Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Micro RNA Regulation

Abstract：miRNA is a length of about 22 nucleotides' noncoding protein RNA,which combined with the RNA of plants and animals to join in the body's physiological and pathological process.Especially miRNA play an important role in the body through regulating multiple signal pathways,represented by the TGF-β/Smads.And these signal pathways have a close relationship with renal fibrosis,which means the miRNA expression and its function may affect the process of renal fibrosis through these specific signal pathways.Group study also found that Chinese medicine prescription of Qiguiyishen and its components have exactly affect on delaying renal fibrosis.The affects have close relationship with regulating TGF-β/Smads signal pathways.Regulating TGF-β/Smads may be based on the miRNA's impact.In this paper,we will take the miRNA with a variety of cytokines and theirs cells' signal pathway as the breakthrough point,discussing the relationship between miRNA expression and renal fibrosis,especially Chinese medicine prescription and its components affect renal fibrosis lesions through regulating the miRNA expression.We hope we can lay a theoretical foundation for Traditional Chinese Precision Medical Treatment in chronic kidney disease.
