Abstract：Triple negative breast cancer is a special kind of breast cancer subtypes,it does not apply to endocrine therapy and targeted therapy,relapse and metastasis easily.It is the hot spot and difficult problem in the field of breast cancer at present.According to its clinical characteristics.The article puts forward" spleen and kidney deficiency" is the pathogenesis basis of triple negative breast cancer,and the Endogenous wind,the Phlegm,the Blood stasis come from the deficiency.Base on these,the" six climatic exopathogens and seven emotions" induces the poison," stagnation of phlegm,poison and blood stasis"is the ultimate form.The"phlegm poison" is the main pathological factors result in recurrence and metastasis after operation,the " endogenous wind" is the main driving force of recurrence and metastasis," spleen invigorating and kidney nourishing,eliminate phlegm and detoxify,invigorate the circulation of blood and calm endogenous wind" is the main therapeutic principle of triple negative breast cancer.The treatment of triple negative breast cancer based on" Endogenous wind,Phlegm,Blood stasis and Poison",is the preliminary discussion of the special kind of breast cancer subtypes by traditional Chinese medicine therapy,it has some clinical application value.
