Abstract:Objective:To study the regularities of distribution of TCM syndromes in renal transplant recipients, and provide the basis for the prevention of chronic renal allograft nephropathy. Methods:To analyze the symptoms and explore the principle of 450 renal transplant recipients in our hospital by cluster analysis, single factor variance analysis,Pearson chi-square test and other statistical methods, which were collected by questionnaire. Results:The TCM syndrome types were the Yang deficiency of spleen-kidney,the Yin deficiency of liver-kidney,the qi deficiency of spleen-kidney,and the deficiency of qi-yin in the renal transplantation recipients after one week.In the first category, there were exogenous and blood stasis on the basis of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney;the second category, there were dampness-heat and damp turbidity on the basis of the Yin deficiency of liver-kidney;the third category, there were dampness-heat,damp turbidity and blood stasis on the basis of the the Qi deficiency of spleen-kidney;the third category, there were dampness-heat,damp turbidity and blood stasis on the basis of the deficiency of Qi-yin.The TCM syndrome types were clustered into 3 types in the renal transplantation recipients after one year.In the first category, there were exogenous and blood stasis on the basis of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney;the second category, there were damp turbidity and blood stasis on the basis of the the Qi deficiency of spleen-kidney;the third category, there were exogenous and blood stasis on the basis of the the deficiency of Qi-yin.Conclusion:The change of TCM Syndrome Types have a certain correlation during 1 week to 1 year after renal transplantation kidney transplantation.
