Abstract：First of all,it is a reflection of the lack of the research of etiology based on Qi ontology,Based on the discourse in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,analyzed the TCM concept of the unity of good and evil;Put forward the idea of "Qi neutral";Distinguish and determine the meaning of "Inside of the virus Outside of the virus Internal injuries" "Exogenous",For the four further points out that the lack of clinical classification;Put forward the "virus" is the essence of Qi has not normal,The disease is their Qi not normal,The essence of make people ill is distortion of the Qi,The nature of medicine is making bad into Qi neutral;Narrates the pathology of TCM have the characteristics of induction;Discusses the concept of "both inside and outside" about the illness and cure.
