Abstract：The theory of "preventive treatment of disease" is an important basis of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as an important feature and advantage.This theory contains a wealth of preventive health care content,induding theories and methods in respect to the whole process of health care,prevention,medical treatment and rehabilitation.As it is inherited and developed,this traditional Chinese medicine idea guide scholars of future generations on the practice of keeping people healthy and saving lives.The first-level and second-level prevention and recovery of coronary heart diseasehas notable effect which is based on the theory of "preventing disease","preventing the deterioration of disease" and "preventing recurrence".It can enhance the vitality and stamina,improve the quality of life and reduce the ultimate mortality rate of heart disease.It is a preventive tactic that easy for patients to followand it is good for guiding the prevention and recovery of coronary heart disease.
