Abstract：Spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency,kidney collaterals and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of chronic renal failure.We believe that Feng Xie is an important factor leading to progression of chronic renal failure calcium and phosphorus meta-bolism and lesions is the spleen.Spleen deficiency results multiplied by the wind outside attack,lurking in the kidney,pathogenic wind agitation kidney collateral.Spleen and kidney failure bring about loss of Yin and lack of sources.Yang Kang inversing into wind because of yin not grabbing yang.They became a key pathogenesis.This study proposes to "kidney collateral stasis,spleen deficiency wind" as the main pathogenesis of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in chronic renal failure.We set up In the treatment of Heluo Xiezhuo,new ideas" Ning wind".We therefore established new ideas of harmonying the collateral and purging turvbidity and supplemeting the earth to depress and in the treatment.
