Abstract：Based on The Inner Canon of Huangdi,this article investigated the technique of " hand retraction and stagnation contraction" therapy as an ancient treatment.The key of operation is to firm pressure on the Aorta Abdominalis and Arteria Femoralis in the groin,then lift up hand quickly,inducing thermal flux and downlinking.The treatment mechanism of TCM researching,On the basis of Inner Camon of Huangdi ChongMai with such provisions,is the cold qi in ChongMai,veins blocking which needs warming treatment.This therapy can't be used on large blood vessels such as ChongMai,So only to use massage guiding thermal flux in the blood vessels and running Blood and Qi.The treatment mechanism of modern research,mainly to improve the patients' limb microcirculation,adjust tension of sympathetic nerve network,accelerate the spinal canal,both inside and outside of the circulation of the blood and cerebrospinal fluid circulation and ultimatelyto activate the healing power of the organization.
