Abstract：The chronic atrophic gastritis belongs to the category of stomach collaterals based on the theory of collateral disease.Pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is " Stomach collaterals blood stasis,Stomach yin deficiency" from the perspective of collateral disease.Stomach collaterals blood stasis is the root cause of chronic atrophic gastritis,in the late stage of the disease,viscera loss in nourishing,stomach yin deficiency is the main cause of condition aggravation from " pi" to "ji".On the basis of pathogenesis,treatment based on the theory of collateral disease,combined with the specific circumstances of microcosmic dialectical differentiation,establish the principle of treatment is " Dispersing blood stasis in collaterals to fluent" "Nourishing collaterals in stomach and yin deficiency" "Dispersing accumulation",providing a new way of thinking and theory for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
