Study on Mongolian Medicine Thirteen Flavor Safflower Secret Pill on the Therapeutic Effect of Allergic Rhinitis in Rats

Abstract：Objective:To observe the influences of Histamine and Leukotrienes on Mogolian Thirteen Safflower Mijue Pill Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in order to study the mechanism of AR.Methods:The establishment of ovalbumin-induced rat model of AR,and set up the normal control group,model group,Mongolian high(1100 mg· kg-1),Mongolian medium(550mg· kg-1),Mongolian low(275mg· kg-1) and Biyankang group (409 mg· kg-1).Feeding drugs for 4 weeks,HE observed Nasal pathologic morphology of the organization.Determination of serum histamine and leukotrienes rats by ELISA.Results:Mongolian medicine groups and Biyankang group behavior scores were improved,through the comparison between the two groups,the Mongolian medicine high dose group behavior improved significantly better than the low dose group,Biyankang group;By HE staining,two kinds of drugs can improve nasal congestion,edema and inflammatory damage to varying degrees;Mongolian medicine in each dose group and rhinitis Kang group can significantly improve the AR rat serum histamine,leukotriene levels.And there was no significant difference between groups.Conclusion:Mongolian medicine thirteen flavor safflower secret pill can not only improve the allergic rhinitis,also can improve the level of serum histamine and leukotriene AR in rats,the treatment effect of allergic rhinitis exactly.
