Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on acute Myocardial Ischemia and Ultrastructure of Myocardial Mitochondria in Rats

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule on rats' acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial mitochondria' s ultra structure.Methods:The acute myocardial infarction model was made by the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery in rats.Administration of 5d.Mortality,electrocardiogram,cardiac echocardiography,cTn-T,myocardial infarction weight,myocardial interstitial and perivascular collagen type Ⅰ、Ⅲ collagen distribution,myocardial mitochondrial ultrastructural,clarify the Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on the acute myocardial infarction treatment effect and mechanism.Results:Mortality,cTn-T,LDH,CK,ECG ST reduced.Myocardial collagen expression was significantly reduced,and the structure of myocardial mitochondria was significantly improved.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu capsule has a definite therapeutic effect on the acute myocardial infarction in rats,which can reduce the mortality rate,reduce plasma cTn-T,LDH,CK,improve the ECG ST segment,increase ejection fraction,decreased left ventricular diameter,reducing myocardial collagen expression,improve myocardial mitochondrial ultra structure.
