Effect of Jinfan Zhixie Capsule on Gut Flora in Spleen-deficiency Mice and in Vitro Bacteriostasis

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effects of gut flora in spleen-deficiency mice and in vitro bacteriostasis of Jinfan Zhixie Capsule(JZC).Methods:Establishing the spleen-deficiency mice model with senna extract and fully and poorly feeding food in turn,and then detect the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Escherichia coli in mice cecum contents by colo-ny counting after treated with JZC.By filtering paper method and tube double dilution method to inspec the bacteriostasis effect for Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella,Salmonellatyphi on JZC.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus,and Escherichia coli in mice cecum contents increased in model group.After treated with the 1.2 g · kg-1 and 0.6 g · kg-1 of JZC,all the indexes have certain recovery and close to the normal level.The MIC values (mg · mL-1)againsts Bacillus subtilis,Escherichiacoli,Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella,Salmonellatyphi respectively were 12.8、8.51、6.4、7.6、8.27.Conclusion JZC has dependent manner recovered the gut flora in spleen-deficiency mice,and in vitro bacteriostasis.
