Abstract：Discussing the origin of the theory of ‘ Unsmooth blood circulation results in water retention’ and the use of this Academic thought in diseases of gynaecology.From the Huoxue Lishui treatment of laws of medicine applications of ZHANG Zhong-jing,we can get a conclusion that there is a close connection between diseases of gynaecology and hardgoing of blood and water.The theory of ‘ Unsmooth blood circulation results in water retention’ can offer a new method like Huoxue Lishui to treat diseases of gynaecology.
