Abstract：Objective:Study of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation of Guan Mai Tong Tablet on the myocardral infarction rat model of kidney Yang deficiency.Methods:Kidney Yang Deficiency of rat model were made by adenine + AMI,GMT were made by oral in 2 days before adenine + AMI.Warm kidney yang group were included by Epimedium davidii Franch.,Lycium barbarum L.,Fallopia multiflora (Thunb.) Harald,Taxillus chinensis),Blood circulation group were included by Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,Flos Carthami).cTn-T,ST,EF,weight of myocardial infarction,Cr,T3,T4 were observed.Results:The rate of Infarction in warm kidney yang group and GMT group were reduced.cTn-T and weight of myocardial infarction were induced in blood circulation group.Serum Cr in GMT group were induced,T3 and T4 were increased.Conclusion:This experiment by means of basic research on coronary artery through the characteristics of TCM Syndromes of tablets in the treatmeut of myocardial infarction provide pharmacological data for reference.
