Analysis Treating the Headache of Female after Procreation

Abstract：female headache after procreation is one of the the common disease in gynaecology and obstetrics.After procreation,puerpera exposure to deficiency of qi and blood,and easy to suffer from exogenous pathogenic factors.Deficiency of qi and blood leads to failure of orifices to be nourished,which causing headache,exogenous pathogenic factors can also lead to headache.With treatment,doctor should differentiate deficiency or excess,exterior or interior,and tonify deficiency of yin or yang,qi or blood accurately.Eliminating pathogenic factors should be used when necessary.To eliminate pathogenic factors including dispel eliminating Taiyang,Shaoyang,Yangming factors,or with tonifying methods.Replenishing the vital essence or with removing heat.Doctor also should avoid Reinforcing and Reducing oppositely,it may encourage the pathogenic factor and consume healthy qi.
