Prevention and Treatment of Lung Cancer in TCM :on the Thought of Disease Prevention, Preventing Disease from Exacerbating

Abstract：Chinese medicine has the concept of health that "preventing disease in health,applying early treatment to prevent deterioration".It has a wealth of research results for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer and metastasis of lung cancer.On the prevention of lung cancer,according to etiology,traditional regimen can enhance the body health energy to prevent disease;additionally,the individualized prevention of lung cancer can be implemented to reduce the risk by body differentiation and constitution adjustment under the guidance of TCM Constitution Theory.Prevention and treatment of lung cancer metastasis can be considered from three factors including "channel","pathogenic qi prevailing"and "vital qi deficiency".Specially,doctors can use the truncate therapy as the theory of "xian an wei shou xie zhi di";besides,they can eliminate pathogenic factors by reducing phlegm and resolving masses,activating blood and dissolving stasis and warming channels to lower turbid urine;finally,they can maintain vital qi by reinforcing spleen and kidney and supplementing qi and nourishing yin.It can receive good clinical effect by using the above methods for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer and metastasis of lung cancer.It is a great contribution to human health in medicine.
