Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction on adriamycin nephrosis(AN) rats and its effect on the expression of LC3 and Beclin-1.Methods:To set up blank、model、Telmisartan and Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoetion group.The changes of kidney tissue pathology were detected after light microscopy.The localization and distribution of FN、LN、LC3 and Beclin-1 were detected by Immunohistochemical staining.Results:Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction can protect kidney tissue pathology,significantly restrain the expression of FN and LN,significantly restrain the expression of the autophagy-related proteins LC3 and Beclin-1.Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction can protect kidney tissue pathology through regulating the autophagy level.
