Discussion of the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Based on Stasis-Heat Theory

Abstract：Heat and blood stasis is formed in the long practice of traditional Chinese medicine.It is an important concept of etiology and pathogenesis.In recent years,national physician master Mr Zhou Zhongying put forward the theory of heat and blood stasis.Heat and blood stasis theory is widely applied in clinical departments,especially in some refractory diseases with good curative effect.Zhou also put forward the stasis heat is important pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in the middle-late period.Stasis heat is manifested period low-calorie,macula,massive proteinuria,edema and so on.Cooling the blood and removing the stasis,Tonifying the krdney is the main treatment method.
