Discussion of the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis

Abstract：Through the ancient literatures of classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the article analyzed the cause of primary bile reflux gastritis are six expathogens,excessive emotions less direct invasion shaoyang,or transmission to shaoyang,lead to adverse qi of shaoyang in the lower,with that prime minister fire to change its original position,adverse to produce heat and fire in the upper location,and cold in the lower.with warmless.sanjiao of shaoyang is water road running disorder,produce dampness and phlegm.The basic pathogenesis is cold and heat complex,mainly to heat and to hot and humid clip deficiency mainly,at the same time,the spleen and stomach qi deficiency.
