Abstract:Objective:To improve the survival of the left anterior descending coronary artery ligation induced postmyocardial infarction heart failure rat models by optimizing preoperative management. Methods:During repeatedly modeling process,we tried to promote the models survival with appropriate animals screening, breathing management regulation, surgical operation improvement and preoperative nursing.Meanwhile we attempted to control the level of heart failure through regulating the ligation site. Results:Gradually improvement of models survival and distinct weakening of heart function were expressed by various regulations. Conclusions:Preoperative management optimization can significantly improve the survival of post-myocardial infarction heart failure rat models, thereby suggesting a more stable heart failure model-making protocol for further experiments.
