Study on the Material Basis of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome in the Metabolic Syndrome Based on UPLC/Q-TOF-MS

Abstract：Objective:We analyzed the changes of endogenous metabolites in serum of rats with the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome based on UPLC/Q-TOF-MS.Methods:We used UPLC/Q-TOF-MS technology and detected small molecule metabolites in plasma and identified the differences in characteristics of metabolites and found some biomarkers,so as to identify biomarkers and its origins and metabolic pathway.Results:The identified potential biomarkers include LysoPE、Phenylalanine、Tyrosine、14-alkyl acid、Stearic acid、D-glucose、Prostaglandin B1.Conclusion:The occurrence of metabolic syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is related to the disorder of carbohydrate,lipid and amino acid metabolism.
