Abstract：Diabetes was first seen in " The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic",the knowledge of diabetes' pathogenesis from the Doctors was growing based on " The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic",Huang Yuanyu raised the idea to treat diabetes from the function of Liver,the occurrence and development of diabetes are closely related with the hepatic.The liver,The gallbladder and stomach is not smooth,which is the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes,therefore,in medicine,he tend to starting from the liver,and nourishing the liver,prefer to moisture the spleen,and smooth the liver,when the wet was gone,the liver was smoothed,it's of great clinical significance for future generations to prevent and treat diabetes.
