Abstract：The article proposes the discussion " Yang weakly and Yin string" pathogenesis theory of Thoracic Obstruction in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,On the Basis of "Yang weakly and Yin string" sphygmology,pathogenesis and therapeutics three sides.The article makes a point that the pathogenesis of Thoracic Obstruction is that "Yang weakly is not necessarily and Yin string is the important reason",establishing the argument about "phlegm and blood stasis",advocates the focus as "obstruction",propose that the basic pathogenesis of Thoracic Obstruction is that excessive pathogen obstruct the heart and obstruction produce pain.
