Limitations and Suggestions on the Theory of Defensive Qi, Ying and Blood

Abstract：This paper mainly discusses the limitations of the theory Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood and the Recommendations to further perfection.Recommendations add "brain administrating spirit close to kidney "on the basis of "lung administrating Qi close to Wei"and "heart governs blood close to Ying".The disease change is divided as six pathological stage:Wei stage,Qi stage,Ying stage,blood stage,nephropathy stage and encephalopathy stage.The pathological changes of Wei and Qi stage are mainly the change of organs function,including nonspecific symptoms stage of the skin mucosal barrier in Wei staging and local specific symptoms in Qi staging.Ying and blood stage is mainly the organ parenchymal damage,and Ying stage refers to the materials of blood vascular in addition to the blood cell,blood stage is the essence of the blood cells.Nephropathy is a stage of organ failure,and encephalopathy stage with encephalopathy,pathological feature of the two stages is fuctional failure of organs.These can provide a new theoretical basis and method of treatment for hematology,organ dysfunction diseases,brain diseases and tumors.
