Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influences of Tang Bi Kang on the Explore Tang Bi Kang sciatic nerve conduction velocity in STZ-induced diabetic peripheral neuropathy rat. Methods:Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ,55 mg/kg,The diabetic models were affirmed upon blood glucose≥1 6.7 mmol/L.And the diabetic rats were randomly divided into five groups:model group, methycobal treatment group,Tang Bi Kang different dose treatment grous. All the rats were sacrificed at week 12;HE staining of the right sciatic nerve were observed. The surface and in vivo sciatic nerve motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)were measured. All statistical calculations were made using the SPSS16.0 statistical package. Results:After the treatment by Tang Bi Kang, the eighth week body weight,The sciatic nerve MNCV and SNCV increased greatly. Conclusions:Tang Bi Kang may increase the nerve conduction velocity of diabetic penipheral neuropathy to slow down the course of the diabetic penipheral neuropathy.
