Proteome Studies on Mechanisms of Zuoguiyin and Kidney-Yin Deficiency on FANG-ZHENG correspondence

Abstract：Objective:To explore the mechanisms of Zuoguiyin to cure kidney-yin deficiency using proteomic technique on the expression levels of protein.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into three groups as follows:normal group、model group and treatment group.The proteins of liver tissue、kidney tissue and serum were separated and analysed by two-dimensional gel(2-DE)to find regulated proteins by Zuoguiyin.The mass spectrometry was used to identify these proteins.Results:21differentially expressed protein spots were detected.and 18 proteins spots were identify.Conclusion:Zuoguiyin could regulate differentially expressed protein of model rats with kidney-yin deficiency,which include glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,signal transduction,antioxidation.
