Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship of microalbuminuria and aeidum folicum and patterns of syndrome of Chinese medical science and other factors with homocysteic acid in earlier period diabetic nephropathy. Methods:We selected 63 patients with earlier period diabetic nephropathy. The levels of Hcy and acidum folicum and blood-fasting sugar and postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin and microdosis albumn of urine and patterns of syndrome of Chinese medical science were measured respectively. Results:Among 63 patients,17 patients were extreme heat with yin asthenia and 24 patients were deficiency of both vital energy and yin and 22 patients were asthenia of both yin and yang. The levels of serum homocysteic acid were related with microalbuminuria positively. It was linear regression between homocysteic and homocysteic (P < 0.05).Patterns of syndrome of Chinese medical science were related with the levels of serum bomocysteic acid (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum homocysteic acid were related with microalbuminuria positively, and they were also related with patterns of syndrome of Chinese medical science.
