Effects of Hugan Xingpi Decoction on Liver linjury Caused by Alcohol in Rats

Abstract：Objective: To study the treatment mechanism of HuGanXingPi soup on Alcoholic Liver Damage. Method:30 rats were administrated intra-abdominally swine serum to induce Alcoholic Liver Disease model. The treatment groups were poured into gastra with HuGanXingPi soup after 6 weeks and the serum were examined in rats. Results : Liver cell swelled and cell organ reduced in model group ; The cell organ increased in treatment group. The PT extended in serum. The ALT, HA and LN increased and A/G decreased. After HuGanXingPi soup treatment, they significantly descended in large dose treatment group, and the levels were close to which in normal group, but in little dese treatment group, the PT, LN, HA and A/T were higher than which in normal group. Conclusion:The HuGanXingPi soup treatment has a protective effect on Alcoholic Liver Damage and promoted the restoration of liver cell function, and the degrees of the effects were the existence of dose-effect relationship.
