Abstract：Objective:Throuth studying three abstractive parts from Duzhong leaves with different concentration affecting osteoblast cultured in vitro,We can make it cleaver the action principle of Duzhong in tonifying kidney,invigorating channeis and collaterals,and reinforcing bone,as well as screening out the effective parts of Duzhong leaves in pleventing and treating osteoporosis.Method:Three parts(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)abstracting from Duzhong leaves with different concentration affect osteoblast cultured in vitro,skull-cap bone of new born SD rat was used for primary culturre,and the secondary culture cell were used in experiment. Determented indexes: (1) cell proliferation:MTT calcalating method. (2) vigor of Alkaline phosphatase(ALP):p-nitroghosphate method. Result:Cell proliferation in part Ⅱ & Ⅲ groups were increased significantly (P<0.001)，compared with control group. Vigor of ALP were increased in all three parts (P<0.001) comparaed with control groulp. Conclude:In regalating bone metabolism effect of part Ⅱ & Ⅲ with 10-5mg/L high concentration are most obvious.
