Abstract：Objective:On the basis of past animal experiments,the analgesia mechanism of TOUFENGNING capsule was observed. Methods:Coagulation time test,bleeding time test,rats mortality rate test induced by ADP,hypoxia tolerance test,experimental thrombosis,platelet adhesion and assaying of 5-HT in the brain tissue test were given to observe the effects of TOUFENGNING capsule on the above index. Results:The abnormal changes of blood rheology were rectified,rat mortality rate induced by ADP and hypoxia was decreased,the content of 5-HT in the brain tissue was increased. Conclusion:The analgesia mechanism of TOUFENGNING capsule corresponds with the functions of correcting the abnormal changes of blood rheology, increasing the content of 5-HT in the brain tissue and improving the tolerance ability of hypoxia.
