Abstract：Objective:By studying the relation between kidney-qi and the trace elements of human's hair, we search the indicator of kidney-qi of TCM. Method:At first, mensurate 9 kinds of trace element, and which divided up by the optimal partition for ordinal specimen, and which compared with the age groups of kidney-qi of TCM. Results: There is unconspicuous difference between the groups of using the way of the optimal partition for ordinal specimen and the groups from the viewpoints in NEIJING of TCM. Conclusions: The trace elements in the human's hair is one of the preferably indicators to quantitatively research the Kidney-qi of TCM.
