Abstract：Guizhi decoction(GZD) was the basic prescription in clinical use, it was spreading internal medicine、surgical department、gynecology、pediatrics and other diseases. This thesis combining the traditional Chinese medicine and the modern pharmacology experiment together, analyzed GZD's material base of dual-directional regulation on temperature、sweat and the function of intestines and stomach, so that we can study prescription's dual-direction regulation on human body, and serve for clinical use further and better.
