Abstract：Objective:To study effects of Chinese Medicine placental powder on immune function in mice.Method:We determined and compared the several index of humoral nonspecific and specific immunity in the normal mice and immunosuppressive mice.Results:the placental powder could significantly increase the phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophage of mice,(P<0.001),it also enhanced obviously the immune organ weight of mice.(P<0.001,P<0.05),and improved the inversion response of splenic lymphocytes(P<0.01).In addition it could increase the production of serum hemolysin(P<0.01).Conclusion:the placental powder could improve immune function of the mice.
