Abstract：Objective:To Set up an animal model of the Faint with Cold limbs which was studied in “Plain Questions.Treatise on Extraordinary diseases.”Method:Sakai's method of penicilline G Kalium injection at the position which is 1～2 millimeters to left and inferior to the head of the rat was shifted to injection at the position which is 1 millimeters to left and superior to the spinous process of the first cervical vertebra.The test medicine was divided into large dose group,mediate dose group,and small dose group.Control groups include model group,distillated water group and controlled medicine group.Result:Animal model was successfully set up.Conclusion:The medicine verified by this animal model and method is reliable.
