Development of a Experimental Model of Chloasma in Mice
Abstract：Objective:to create a experimental moolel of chloasma in femalemice.Methods:after musculal injection of progesterone at high and low dosage for one month in female mice,tyrosine and MDA in skin and liver were measured,and skin melanocyte was observed. Results:tyrosine and MDA Significantly rose and the deposit of melanin in skin increased.Conclusion:the model of chloasma in female mice can be induced by the administration of pyogesterone.
