Pathology and Immunohistochemistry Research on Effects of Fuzheng-Huayu Prescription on Hepatocyte Proliferation of Cirrhosis Rats
Abstract：Obstractive:To study the effects of Fuzheng-Huayu Prescription onhepatocyte proliferation of cirrhosis rats and its mechanism.Methods:Hepatocirrhosis and hepatocarcinoma model of rats was induced by dimethylnitrosamine(DMN),changes in serum and liver tissue were measured after treatment.Results:DMN could induce the cirrhosis and hepatocarcinoma of rats.It showed as increase of ALT,AKP,γ-GT and AFP,decrease of albumin content,paraplastic hepatocyte,tuberosis of hepatic carcinoma,decrease of TGF-β1 and TGF-βⅡR expression in hepatocarcinoma tissue.Meanwhile,Fuzheng-Huayu Prescription could protect hepatocyte,resist hepatic fibrosis,inhibit paraplastic hepatocyte and striking increase TGF-β1 and TGF-βⅡR expression around tumour tissue.Renshen-Bijia Pellet have similar effects,but its total effects in lower than Fuzheng-Huayu Prescription slightly.Conclusion:Fuzheng-Huayu Prescription could treat chronic hepatology and prevent hepatocacinogenesis,its mechanism may be protect hepatocyte,resist hepatic fibrosis,inhibit paraplastic hepatocyte and increase TGF-β1 and TGF-βⅡR expression.
